Legal Services
Hourly Rates
$350 to $450 + taxes
Our current hourly rate range from $350 to $450 (plus GST and PST) depending on the complexity and urgency of each case.
You will pay only for the time and work actually performed, which includes time spent on the phone, in meetings, doing research, preparing documents, dealing with correspondence, appearing in court and anything else involving your file.
Fixed Fees
For some legal services, we offer fixed-fee options. This means you only need to pay a fixed amount of legal fees regardless of the time involved. This gives you cost certainty from the beginning, with no surprises along the way.
We will always explain which pricing model applies to your case and why. Our goal is to deliver quality legal service without the stress of unexpected costs.
Retainer
For most matters, a retainer is required before we commence working on your file. A retainer is a sum of money you pay to your lawyer as a deposit for the services the lawyer will perform for you and the expenses the lawyer will incur on your behalf.
“With Angela’s support, I was able to deal with a stressful and pressing situation with much ease.”
