Angela Cao, principal lawyer
With a passion for bringing order to complexity and righting wrongs, Angela was naturally drawn to the practice of law at a young age. Early encounters with instances of inequity left a strong impression, fueling a lasting commitment to justice. Her love for clarity and justice began her professional journey when she was called to the bar; first in Ontario in 2014, and subsequently in BC in 2017.
Ever the multi-disciplinarian, Angela enjoyed the challenges of solving problems in many different areas of law, such as tax, employment, business, real estate/property and corporate law, serving clients in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. More recently, Angela’s experience led her to a deeper focus in the the fields of construction, business and property law.
Angela’s no-nonsense, practical and ethical style of litigation and law practice makes her an ideal advocate in the fast-paced, high-stakes industries she represents. Do not mistake her calm demeanor for complacency, Angela packs a punch right when it is least expected.
Outside the office, Angela enjoys snacking on ice cream, traveling the world, and devotes her time fostering rescued dogs so that they can find their perfect forever homes.
